Department of Legal Disciplines of Bolashaq Academy, August 28, 2020 at 11.00 holds an online scientific-practical forum dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the theme: “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the guarantor of stability and prosperity of Kazakh society.
Prominent scientists constitutionalists, representatives of the domestic scientific environment, government agencies and public associations confirmed their participation in the Forum.

The Forum is held at the online platform ZOOM.
The purpose of the scientific forum is to consolidate in the public consciousness the meaning of the basic Law, as an effective guarantor of an effective state and legal system and further improve the welfare of Kazakhstan.
The working languages of the round table are Kazakh, Russian and English.
It is planned to publish a collection of materials following the results of the forum. The materials for publication should be designed in accordance with the requirements and sent to the organizers by August 5, 2020.
The articles are published in the author’s edition, should be verified and contain no spelling errors.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to make a decision on inclusion of materials in the collection.
Rejected materials are not reviewed and are not returned.
A forum participant may submit no more than one article (including co-authorship articles).
Requirements for materials design: volume up to 5 pages typed in Microsoft Word 97-2013; interval – single; cipher – Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, figures and tables (the size of the font used – 12 points); all fields are 2 cm; paragraph indent – 1.25 cm; page numbers are not marked.
