October 25, 2019 in Petropavlovsk Director of Rukhaniyat Research Center of the Academy “Bolashaq”, member of the scientific-expert group of APK, local historian Aupenova A.U. as a member of the expert delegation from Karaganda region took part in the dialogue platform “Ethnoses of Kazakhstan: contribution to the historical and cultural heritage of the people”. The event was held as part of the research project “Study of the contribution of Kazakh ethnoses to the common historical and cultural heritage of the people of Kazakhstan”.
The organizers of the event with the support of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan were the Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development “Rukhani Zhangyru” and North-Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev.
The main purpose of the dialogue platform is to develop recommendations on the formation of an all-Kazakhstan electronic database of cultural, educational and scientific figures of different ethnic groups of Kazakhstan, which significantly influenced the formation of Kazakh culture.
The dialogue platform brought together historians, ethnographers, leading specialists in the field of inter-ethnic relations, and representatives of ethnocultural associations from the cities of Nur-Sultan, Petropavlovsk, Karaganda, Kostanai and Kokshetau.
Actual topics of research in the framework of the project “Rukhani Zhangyru” was presented by Candidate of Science, Associate Professor, Deputy Director of the Institute of History of the State Kashkimbayev A.N. Interactive historical map “The People of Kazakhstan” was presented by the leading researcher of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch. Valikhanova NAS RK, PhD Ualtaeva A.S., Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Pulatov S.A. told about the trends in the activities of the APK in Nur-Sultan.
The chief expert of the Archive of the President of RK Chilikova E.V., the director of the state archive of Karaganda region Tursynova Zh. and the director of the North-Kazakhstan regional state archive Malikova S.Z. in their speeches showed the role of archives in covering the activities of prominent personalities of Kazakhstan.
K.K. Abuyev, professor of Sh. Ualikhanov State University, doctor of historical sciences, presented the monograph “Historical and cultural figures of Akmola region”.
Kulturologist and local historian Shivrina N.V. highlighted the contribution of culture workers of the virgin land in the development of art, literature and education.
Professor of SKSU named after M. Kozybayev, doctor of philological sciences Z.P. Tabakova made a report “Ethno-poetics as a reflection of dialogue of cultures”.
Associate Professor of the Chair of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan L.N. Gumilyov ENU, Dr. PhD Maslov H.B. stopped at the life activities of famous personalities of Nur-Sultan.
Outstanding countrymen of the Karaganda region was devoted to the speech of Advisor to the Rector of the Karaganda State Medical University, Professor Molotov-Luchansky V.B. .
Head of the Department of “International Relations, History and Social Work” at Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzakhmetov Ph.
Pro-rector on science and innovations of SKSU named after M.Kozybayev, doctor of historical sciences, professor A.G.Ibrayeva, and also the head of chair “Assembly of people of Kazakhstan” of SKSU named after M.Kozybayev, candidate of sciences, associate professor, member of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan L.A.Grivennaya were moderators.
On the part of organizers also acted the chief analyst-manager Kamarova R.I., having designated an essence of the project and its importance for understanding of scales of the essential contribution of the Kazakh ethnoses to development of the country.
All participants of the dialogue platform took part in the discussion and development of proposals for effective implementation of the project.
This project meets the goals of the “Rukhani Zhangyru” program for “reconciliation of different poles of national consciousness” and formation of Kazakh identity.
