The collections are placed article by article in the base of the Scientific Electronic Library ELIBRARY.RU according to the license agreement №2291-10/2016K and are registered in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Scientific and Technical Center InformRegister” (Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media). Placement of collections in NEB eLibrary is carried out by employees of SIC “Mir nauki” within 1-3 days after the publication of the collection.
