On October 30, the third webinar was held at Gogol Library. Students and the faculty of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication attended a distance learning seminar in English in American corner of Gogol Karaganda Regional Science Library.
The seminar theme was “Strategies to Enhance Your TESOL Methodology”. Tabitha Kidwel moderated the seminar, touching upon and highlighting such issues as teaching methods and techniques. The differences between summative and formative assessment were also noted.
The educational webinars have a common name: “American English Live Series”.
Students who attended the entire course of the webinar will receive an electronic Certificate of Participation from the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan.
