On November 15, the Department of Legal Disciplines with the participation of colleagues from the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Academy “Bolashaq” and representatives of judicial bodies and mediation organization, held a round table on the theme: “Further deepening of the specialization of courts: the creation of family courts.
The purpose of the round table was to discuss the possibility of further deepening the specialization of courts: creation of family courts:
As a result of discussion value of deepening of specialization of courts and judges carried out in Kazakhstan was considered, the contents of the pilot project on creation of family courts were analyzed, familiarization with comparative analysis of statistical data before and after the beginning of realization of the pilot project on creation of family courts in Kazakhstan passed.
With opening speech the head of chair of legal disciplines of Candidate of Juridical Sciences, professor Akylbek Taibolatovich Kabzhanov addressed to participants of the round table.

Shagatayev Kairat Kunusbekovich – Ph.D., associate professor, judge of the regional court, secretary of the Council on development of unified judicial practice with the theme: “Prospects of further modernization of the judicial system of RK”.
Sadykova Kokesh Karigulovna – Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines spoke with the theme: “Further deepening the specialization of courts: the creation of family courts”.
Diyanova Rakhat Telubaevna – Master of Psychological Sciences of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Academy “Bolashaq” with the theme: “Psychology peculiarities of family problems”.
Bakirova Gulnur Muratovna – master of the 2nd course of educational program “Pedagogy and psychology” with the theme: “Education of the girls in the family”.
Alexander Borisovich Pak, PhD in Law, Director of the Institute of Mediation and Conflict Resolution prepared a report on: Prospects of the Institute of Mediation in Kazakhstan
All those present actively participated in the discussion of the main issue of the round table. The round table was held at a high scientific and theoretical level. Many problematic issues on the main topic were considered and proposals and recommendations on further specialization of vessels in the Republic of Kazakhstan were accepted.
