Advanced training for investigators of Kazakhstan at Bolashaq Academy



On the basis of “Bolashaq” Academy at Advanced Training Center, the training for investigators of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held.

Classes are conducted by the honored worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RK, retired colonel, professor of the department of legal disciplines of the Academy “Bolashaq”, candidate of legal sciences Alexander Leonidovich Khan.

With the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the akimat of Almaty city, investigators and investigators of the Department of Police of Almaty region improve their skills on the basis of the academy in a remote form of training using information technology.

The duration of the training programme is 72 hours.

Investigators in Almaty improve their skills remotely using information technologies.

With the support of the Kazakhstani Ministry of Internal Affairs and Almaty City Akimat, investigators and investigators of the Almaty City Police Department are upgrading their skills at the Bolashak Academy in a remote form of training using information technology, the press service of the Almaty City Police Department said, reports Kazakhstan Today.

“125 young police officers are involved in the training process as investigators and interrogators. The classes are conducted by an honoured employee of the RK Ministry of Internal Affairs, a retired colonel, professor of the legal disciplines department of the Bolashak Academy, Candidate of Legal Sciences Alexander Khan”, said police colonel Sanzhar Adilov, deputy chief of the Almaty City Police Department.  

According to him, senior investigator of the Investigative Department of the Almaty Police Department V. Kiselev took the first course at the Academy “Bolashak” on distance learning. He willingly decided to share with colleagues his impressions of the acquired knowledge on distance learning.   The training program is designed for situations and nuances in the activities of investigative officers, which are encountered in everyday practice.

Investigator Kiselev, upon completion of the course, concluded that it is very convenient and flexible to receive distance education for young professionals without distractions from work. It should be noted that one of the tasks of criminal prosecution officials is the correct drawing up of procedural documents, and the system in this helps, namely, to be guided by the procedural rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure already in the automated training system,” said Sanzhar Adilov.  

Also according to the speaker, it is important to analyze materials on criminal cases at the stage of pre-trial investigation. In general, distance education helps to update the level of theoretical knowledge of criminal investigation officers.
