On May 16 of this year, a meeting of the attestation commission of the Department of Justice for the admission of exams from future lawyers was held.
The obligatory participation of a scientist from the university was honored by our head of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines, Professor Kabzhanov Akylbek Taybulatovich.
The Attestation commission worked in two stages. The first stage is computer testing for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Subject to successful completion of this round, that is, if you score more than 70 points out of a possible 100 questions of test tasks, the possibility of moving to the next stage is determined. The second stage is solving situational problems with a mandatory answer to five typical questions.
In general, the work was done at a high level! I would like to congratulate the lawyers who have received the right to be lawyers on another achievement in their professional field!
