On March 31, 2023, the Department of “Pedagogy” organized an online meeting with employers of preschool organizations in Karaganda and the satellite cities of Temirtau and Shakhtinsk, as well as with students on the topic: “Updating the educational program “Preschool education and upbringing” in accordance with the State DVO”.
Directors and methodologists of preschool organizations took part: KGKP I/s “Aigolek”; KGKP I/s “Altyn saka”; KGKP I/s “Tilek”; KGKP I/s “Berezka”; KGKP I/s “Saltanat”; KGKP I/s “Snow Maiden” and other preschool organizations.
The head of the Department of “Pedagogy” D.S. Asakayeva addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, who thanked the employers of preschool organizations for their joint work, provided information about the Bolashaq Academy, about educational programs, and told about work plans for the future.
Employers of preschool organizations have shown a deep interest in the content of the educational program of the DOV, as well as in the results of training graduates.
In the process, the participants actively discussed key issues:
- What professional competencies should a graduate have?
- What academic disciplines should be included in the working curriculum in accordance with the State DVO?
- Ways of interaction of theoretical and practical development of the future profession of a teacher of a preschool organization (within the framework of dual education): recommendations of the employer.
Employers focused on the following aspects: forms of work with parents, robotics, ways to resolve conflict situations, ICT competence of a teacher.
Considering that students who have received education at the Academy are potential young specialists, the main goal is to establish close ties with employers to effectively solve professional tasks, update the content and improve the quality of the OP in accordance with current trends. It should be noted that the quality of education depends on the professional training of personnel, we are confident that we will train and graduate highly qualified specialists in the field of preschool education that meet the requirements of the modern labor market.
The event was held in a friendly and creative atmosphere, employers and students expressed their desire to continue participating in such meetings.
