Within the framework of the Year of Science and Technology, declared by the President of the Russian Federation, and in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Academy, the Institute of Law and National Security RANEPA held on December 7 – 9 an international scientific-practical conference “The integration of science and education in the digital transformation,” dedicated to the discussion of a wide range of pressing issues in the development and interaction of science and education in the era of digitalization. The conference was held in a hybrid format.
The conference was welcomed by the administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), Associate Professor Maxim Nazarov, Vice Rector of RANEPA, member of the Academic Council of RANEPA, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor. He wished the participants of the conference successful work, bright reports and interesting dynamic discussions. Professor Irina Rukavishnikova, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, delivered her report. She noted that science is now moving towards integration of various fields and involves interdisciplinary interaction between jurisprudence and other fields of scientific knowledge. Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation Bondar Nikolai Semenovich spoke. More than 350 lawyers, researchers, professors, and public figures from the CIS and Europe took part in this conference. The selection of competitors for the publication was carried out in several stages.
The research work “The problems of legal construction and practice of the fine application as a measure of state enforcement” was presented by A. T. Kabzhanov, candidate of law, professor, Head of the Legal Disciplines Department, G. M. Rysmagambetova, candidate of law, professor, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of “Bolashaq” Academy, graduates of our Academy, and now the student of group JU-20-1s, teacher of foreign languages in KSU “Lyceum № 9” Temirtau, Zhanabayev D.K., the student of group JU-18-2, young scientist Merdenov A.E. the theme of research work “Problem of legal construction and practice of a penalty as measure of state enforcement”. The Expert Council of the Presidential Academy of the Russian Federation, highly appreciated the scientific work of our teachers and students and wished them further success in the scientific field.
