International Scientific and Practical Conference Criminal Law and Morality

September 29, 2021 at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation in a full-time distance format hosted the International Research and Practice Conference “Criminal law and morality.

In the conference Section 2 “Moral and Spiritual Foundations of Criminal Procedure” was attended by Alexander Leonidovich Khan, PhD in Law, Professor, Department of Legal Disciplines of the Academy “Bolashaq”.

The Director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission of the Council of Europe), RAS academician, full member of the International Academy of Comparative Law (IACL, Paris, France), Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan, Talia Yarullova Khabrieva and the Chairman of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor, and the Chairperson of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alexander Ogly.
