On May 28-29 a national debate tournament “SHOQAN CUP – I” was held at Ualikhanov Kokshetau University. Debaters from Semey, Karaganda, Ekibastuz, Kokshetau, Kostanai, Pavlodar and Nur-Sultan took part in the tournament.
Bolashaq and “V dushe aga buyn” factions took part in this debate tournament from Bolashaq Academy.
The aim of the tournament: to strengthen the patriotism of young people of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure the exchange of innovative ideas and positive experiences, increase the level of knowledge and skills of critical thinking of young people. To attract young people to citizenship and patriotism.
The games were held in the British Parliamentary Format (BPF). The tournament consisted of 4 qualifying rounds in the BPF format, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the main final games.
The Bolashaq faction played 4 qualifying rounds and made it to the semi-finals with a good result.
