Lilia Igorevna Kazanaeva, a 1st-year undergraduate student of the Law Faculty, under the scientific guidance of PhD, Professor Akylbek Taibulatovich Kabzhanov, took part in the XVII International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Paradigm of modern science in the conditions of modernization and innovative development of scientific thought: theory and practice”, dedicated to the memory of the founders of the branch Atzhanov T.Zh. and Rodnov A.M., conducted at the Kostanay branch of Chelyabinsk State University. Kazanaeva L.I. prepared a report on the topic: “Issues of qualification of the criminal activity of the instigator to commit a criminal offense”
