On February 21, 2020, the Republican Science and Theory Conference of Students and Master Students “Student and Science: future view” was held at Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University in order to stimulate research and educational and cognitive activities of students, the study of foreign languages by students of non-linguistic specialties to enhance participation in international programs and projects, obtaining grants and scholarships, attracting students and young scientists to the solution of scientific problems of our time.
The conference was attended by students of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication of Bolashaq Academy Turakova Madina (IN-17-1), Budikova Zhansaia (IN-17-2). Maria Vasilyeva (IN-17-1k) and Madina Ospanova (IN-18-1). They presented their reports in English (Madina Turakova and Budikova Zhansaia), German (Maria Vasilieva) and French (Madina Ospanova).
In spite of a great number of participants from different parts of Kazakhstan, the participants worthily presented the university and won the prizes: 2nd place – Ospanova Madina and Budikova Zhansaia; 3rd place – Vasilyeva Maria and Turakova Madina.
The staff of the department expresses gratitude to the administration of the university for financial support. We would like to express special gratitude to Ulday Tagbergenovna Kireyeva, Vice Rector for Educational and Methodical Work, who since 2013 regularly informs us about conferences in KazATU and supports participation of our students in it.
We thank our participants and their supervisors for the excellent result of joint research work and wish them further creative success.
