On November 21-22, 2019, our students Nikita Turkenich, Yu-18-1, Arman Merdenov Yu-18-2 and Kisina Zarema F-18-1 took part in the national competition among leaders of the youth anti-extremist movement “????????? ??????? ??TREMISM”!
The scientific supervisor of the students is Botagoz Telmanovna Akhmetova, Vice-Rector for Social-Educational Work of “Bolashaq” Academy, Master of Economic Sciences.
Our students provided video content reflecting the topicality of the stated topic, identified the problem, provided a solution and appealed to the national youth in order to prevent and organize anti-crisis actions/events on extremism. ⠀
As part of the project, two-day training seminars were held in Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe and Uralsk. The participants of the seminars were students and masters of higher education institutions, students of specialized secondary education institutions, representatives of regional youth and volunteer organizations. A total of about 300 people took part in the events.
A national training course “Teambuilding”, organized with the support of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held.
As speakers were a well-known Kazakh blogger Yakov Fedorov, chairman of the board of PF “Together with us” Ualihan Тurarbekuly, as well as a leading expert of the “Congress of Religionists of Kazakhstan” Meyram Imanbaev.
The master class on oratorical art and successful self-presentation was conducted by a famous Kazakh journalist, mentor, director of the Media Support Fund Mahabbat Yessen.
Also during the event, Dianna Esenova, Head of the Information Work Department of the International Centre for Cultures and Religions of the Ministry of Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, told about how Kazakhstani youth can protect themselves from the influence of destructive religious currents that spread through social networks.
The main purpose of this event is to form an anti-extremist consciousness among young people, increasing the level of legal and civil responsibility in matters of combating religious extremism and terrorism. To prevent Kazakhstani youth from returning to radical and destructive religious movements.
During the event, our students were awarded certificates of successful completion of the national training “Teambuilding”, and received gifts.
