November 27, 2020 JSC “NCPC “Orleu” “Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers in Akmola region” held the Republican scientific-practical online conference “Rural small school: current status and prospects of development” as part of the State Program of Education and Science Development of the RK for 2020-2025.
The purpose of the conference was to exchange experiences on the problems of the current state and development of rural schools in terms of updating the content of education.
Within the limits of a discussion platform of a conference there were sharp questions on a current condition of incomplete schools, the organisation of educational process in similar schools and improvement of professional skill of their teachers.
Senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication, Bayan Turabekovna Rakhimbayeva, presented the Bolashaq Academy in this event, making a presentation entitled “Formation of Sociohumanitarian Readiness of Future Teachers of In-Service Schools”.
The issues of small schools are the problems of methodological and scientific interest of Bayan Turabekovna and are covered in the framework of the courses of disciplines taught by her on the methods of teaching foreign languages for students of the educational program “Foreign language: two foreign languages.
Participation in this conference gave the teacher the opportunity to better understand the needs and problems of small schools and to exchange ideas for achieving quality education for all in small schools.
