On December 25, 2000 the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On judicial system and status of judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was adopted. (hereinafter – the Constitutional Law) was adopted, marking a new stage in the development of the judicial system, the introduction of fundamental norms to further modernise and simplify judicial proceedings.
On the eve of celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Constitutional Law the Karaganda branch of national public association “Union of Judges” held an online legal Spartakiada.
Teams of higher educational institutions of Karaganda took part in the Spartakiad.
The Olympics consisted of 5 rounds: “Greeting Competition”, “Warm-up”, “Humour and Law, how to combine the incompatible?”, “Captains Competition”, “Startup Projects Competition”.
The jury of the Olympics included: Chairman of the Karaganda Regional Court N.K. Sharipov; Candidate of Law, Judge of the Karaganda Regional Court J.K. Seidalina; Candidate of Law, Professor A.V. Turlaev; Candidate of Law, Associate Professor A.J. Abdizhami; Candidate of Law A.T. Toleubekov.
According to the results of the Olympics team of our academy “Tura Bi” took third place, and also won the nomination “Best Start-up”.
The team consisted of students of 1-3 years: Kozhakhmetov M., Makasheva A., Seilov S., Merdenov A., Altai N.
