On September 5 in the Academy “Bolashaq” the department “Kazakh language and literature” together with the Committee on Youth organized a festive event “Andi suisen menshe sui” dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev and the 125th anniversary of Saken Seyfullin.
The event took the form of “karaoke”. The concert was opened by Aktota Zakeria, a student of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communications, with the song “Aittym Salem Kalamkas”.
The students of the Academy read the poems of the great Abai in different languages, as well as poems dedicated to him.
Karaoke was attended by students, staff and guests of the academy.
To celebrate the anniversaries of Abai and Saken Seyfullin at the Academy “Bolashaq” a number of events were developed and this event was the beginning for their implementation.
