The anti-corruption agency held another online “Integrity Hour” with three times world champion in mixed martial arts, professional athlete Ardak Nazarov.
Students of the Bolashaq Academy took an active part in the online meeting.
The hero of the video lecture started his sport activity in 1991 with the section of Greco-Roman wrestling.
During his subsequent career, A. Nazarov achieved good results and became a winner in district, regional and national competitions in Greco-Roman wrestling, jiu-jitsu and pankration, raising the flag of Kazakhstan on the podium of many sports competitions.
During the interview, the famous sportsman shared his thoughts on the value of family, unity and mutual respect, calling the youth patriotism and decency.
As he noted: “A respectable person is a wise person, who has achieved inner perfection and spiritual and moral development, who is able to make the right decisions, and who clearly distinguishes the borders of black and white.
А. Nazarov paid special attention to the need to instill in modern youth the love of reading and self-development.
He associates all his victories and achievements with hard work, “when other athletes trained 3 times a week, I trained 13 times, when they spent two hours on classes in the morning, I trained twice as much,” he said.
The world champion today is an example for many. At each of his meetings he encourages young people to work hard to achieve their goals, to honor their elders, to love their Homeland and follow a healthy lifestyle.
