On September 10, 2024, in auditorium 324 at 16:00, the planned annual acquaintance of first-year students with the activities of the KDM and student government took place in the format of a conversation.
During the meeting, the first–year students were introduced to the chairman of the KDM, Stanislav Smirnov, the president of the Bolashak self-government: Hartman Zinaida, Prime Minister Orazkenov Amirkhan, Minister of Culture Ekaterina Shitova.
Issues of self-government and delegation of authority were raised at the meeting.
The moment of choosing new members of the self-government was particularly considered. In particular, Kadrin Tilegen, a student of the Yu-23-2 group, was chosen to be responsible for the Anti-Corruption Movement, Polina Naumenko, a student of the IN-23-1 group, was chosen for volunteering, Daniil Sorokin led the debate movement, the IN-22–1 group, and Bolashak retained the post of Shagargazy Lazzat in the direction of the Ministry of Health of the Republic.
I would like to note the active participation of first-year students in voting and decision-making, who gladly supported their candidacies and offered their initiative regarding the activities of our student organization.
Considering that at the legislative level, every citizen has the opportunity to express their point of view and defend pluralism of opinions, this suggests that our student Republic is democratic and legal, where the force of law is above all.
And this is our strength of Kazakhstan, on which the future of the country is built and based!
