The Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines of the Bolashaq Academy responded to the proposal of the representative office of the American Bar Association “Rule of Law Initiative in Kazakhstan” on the gratuitous use of the video course “Civil Law of Kazakhstan: an Outside View” created by Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic and Comparative Law of the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Doctor of Law Azer Aliyev.
The video course was developed as part of the ABA ROLI Rule of Law Program, under a grant from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program supports the improvement of the investment climate, the legal environment for civil society organizations, and is aimed at modernizing the judicial system to increase the independence and professionalism of judges.
