Admission of persons is carried out on a competitive basis in the magistracy on the results of comprehensive testing (hereinafter – Test), in doctoral studies is carried out on the results of entrance examinations.
Admission to doctoral studies is granted to persons who have a master’s degree and work experience of at least 1 (one) year.
Admission to the Master’s degree:
Passing the complex testing (announcing);
On points of the certificate of CT (at reception of a threshold point) to apply for the state grant (at will). The choice of one group of educational programs and 3 universities;
Those who collected the threshold point are admitted to the Academy for a fee.
Admission to doctoral studies:
International certificate for foreign language knowledge (obligatory);
Entrance exam for a group of educational programs. On OP “Jurisprudence” entrance exams are held in two disciplines: 1. Problems of general theory of law; 2. Theory and practice of application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation.
Receiving applications: 3 – 25 July 2020. (tentatively)
Entrance exams: 8 – 16 August 2020. (tentatively)

- copy of the international certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language (if any)
