This year our Academy has concluded agreements with several universities abroad. Among them, Turkey is one of the closest countries to Kazakhstan in terms of kinship. International negotiations with the University of Castamon (Castamon) and the University of Giresun (Giresun), which are located on the Black Sea coast, gave results. We have concluded agreements within the framework of the exchange of students and teachers within the framework of the Mevlana programme.
Giresun University
Giresun University today; 13 faculties, 3 institutes, 5 colleges, 1 state conservatory, 13 vocational schools, 18 scientific and practical centers and 7 departments provide education on 18 campuses. Gure, Gazipasa, Coastal Social Facilities, Central Rectorate and campuses on Gazi Street; In the districts of Alucra (1), Bulanchak (1), Dereli (1), Espie (1), Einsil (1), Gerele (2), Keshap (1), Pirasiz (1), Chebinkarahisar (1), Tirebolu (3). There are 171 preliminary licenses, 99 bachelor’s degree programs, 44 master’s degree programs and 10 doctoral programs in the faculties, colleges and professional colleges. Our University; 962 academic, 368 administrative, 274 contract employees with a total of 1604 persons and 15,719 post-graduate students, 14,825 undergraduate students, 1,766 post-graduate students with a total of 32,310 students continue their activities.
From 2006 to 2018, Giresun University obtained a diploma for 43,409 students and a teacher training certificate for 4,774 students.
