The fact of acquaintance of Akylbek Taybulatovich with Mr. Soegov is interesting. Our colleague was tied by fate to the outstanding scientist of Turkmenistan precisely in matters of academic honesty. Respected aksakal Muradgeldi Soegov, as an honest man, could not pass by the apparent plagiarism and academic dishonesty committed by one of the scientists of Russia with the publications of Akylbek Taybulatovich. Then the academician published his sincere indignation at his colleague’s act. This became a worthy lesson in honesty and integrity.
