The program of development of young professionals of Zhas Orken this: training the best talented graduates of the country, the opportunity to start a career in the companies of Samruk Qazyna Fund, the generation of managers of the new millennial.
In 2017, on the initiative of Samruk Qazyna Fund was launched Zhas Orken program to attract, select and develop talented graduates.
Candidates undergo a five-level selection process, which includes global best practices in ability and potential assessment. Interest in our program among graduates is obviously growing, if in 2017 about 600 graduates took part in the competitive selection, last year more than 4000 candidates from 21 cities of Kazakhstan were selected.
It should be noted that over 60% of top managers of successful Fortune 500 companies are graduates of similar programs.
The main advantage of the program is accelerated development under the guidance of mentors from among experienced employees of the company.
Over 100 mentors are involved in the program, whose development is also a cornerstone of this initiative. During the program, participants undergo 4 rotations at different enterprises, 5 months each.
During this period, participants are regularly trained at the Corporate University of Samruk-Kazyna to improve their personal and professional efficiency, as well as they are paid salaries, travel and living expenses at the place of rotation.
In 2020, we are once again announcing a new intake and are inviting graduates of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees 2018, 2019 and 2020 to participate.
The competitive selection process started on 1 January and applications will be accepted until 31 March 2020. We invite talented young people who dream of a professional career in the leading industrial companies of the country.
