On December 25, 2000 the Constitutional Law “On Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was adopted, which marked a new stage of development of the judicial system, introduction of principal norms on further modernization and simplification of legal proceedings, differentiation of justice and judicial administration issues, creation of specialized courts, improvement of professional level of the judicial corps of the country.
On the eve of celebration of the 20-year anniversary from the date of signing of the Law by the President of the country, the Karaganda branch of ROO “Union of judges” offers to conduct legal spartakiad among teams of students of law faculties of higher education institutions.
By prior arrangement, KEU will provide an organisational and information “platform” for the event.
