The Bolashaq Academy, the Department of Pedagogy, together with the Department of Education of the Karaganda region, organized the annual regional competition “Young Teacher” for students of 11th grades of schools, lyceums, gymnasiums of the Karaganda region and the city.
From January 16 to March 01, 2023, applications and works for participation in the “Young Teacher” competition were accepted. The purpose of the competition is to identify the abilities of students of the 11th grade to pedagogical activity in the field of preschool education and upbringing and primary level of education; psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of future school graduates, development of teamwork skills, identification of talented participants.
6 teams of students from educational institutions of secondary education of the Karaganda region and the city took part in the regional competition “Young teacher”:
– KSU “Support School (resource Center) named after Ybyrai Altynsarin” of the Nurinsky District Department of Education of the Karaganda region;
– KSU “Lyceum No. 9” of the Department of Education of the city of Temirtau of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region;
– KSU “Secondary school No. 23 of the village of Tatan” of the Department of Education of the Karkaralinsky district of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region;
– KSU “Support school (resource Center) named after Akhmet Baitursynuly” of the Department of Education of Nurinsky district of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region;
– KSU “School-Lyceum named after Alimkhan Ermekov” of the Department of Education of the city of Balkhash of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region;
– KSU “Lyceum School No. 66” of the Department of Education of the city of Karaganda of the Department of Education of the Karaganda region.
The contest “Young Teacher” was held in two stages. According to the terms of the competition , the participants performed the following tasks:
Stage 1 – Media exhibition – a free introductory presentation format for team members.
Stage 2 – Project work on one of the topics:
– “Media education in kindergarten”;
– “Modern school”;
– “Teacher of the Future”;
– “School as an innovative environment”;
– “Modern Psychology”.
On March 03, 2023, the results of the regional competition “Young Teacher”, held as part of career guidance work among 11 classes of schools, lyceums, gymnasiums of the Karaganda region and the city, were summed up.
According to the results of the competition, the winners were awarded diplomas of 1,2,3 degrees:
I place – a grant is provided for free training in the first year at the Bolashaq Academy;
II place – 50% discount on tuition fees for the first year at the Bolashaq Academy is provided;
III place – a 25% discount on tuition fees for the first year at the Bolashaq Academy is provided.
The participants of the contest “Young Teacher” were congratulated by the head of the Department of Pedagogy, PhD, associate professor Asakaeva D.S., thanking for active participation in the competition, expressed her best wishes.
All the contestants were awarded certificates for participation in the regional competition “Young Teacher”, the winners were awarded diplomas.
The administration of the Bolashaq Academy expresses its gratitude to the directors of educational organizations for their assistance in preparing students to participate in the competition.
