April 29, 2022 in CE Academy “Bolashaq” at the annual International Scientific Conference “Science and Education in the Modern World” was held a breakout session on “The development of the financial system in the modern economy.
Valery Biryukov, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management of A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University, spoke at the plenary session.
Foreign guests, members of the faculty, students and undergraduates of the Department “Finance” took an active part in the work of the section. The section session was moderated by Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor Omarova B.A.
The greatest attention of participants of conference was caused by reports which have practical value for introduction of concrete offers in development of financial system of the state, including not only Kazakhstan, but also countries of near abroad.
Kadyrova G.A. – candidate of economic sciences, associate professor of “Finance” chair of “Bolashaq Academy” PU made a speech on “Bank management”.
Omarova B.A. – Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of “Finance” Chair of “Bolashaq Academy” PU spoke on “Clusters as a factor of sustainability of the economy”.
Shevyakova A.L. – candidate of economic sciences, associate professor of Department “Finance” of CEU “Academy “Bolashaq” spoke on “Peculiarities of auditing in a pandemic: the case of Kazakhstan and global practice”.
The main purpose of the participants in section 2, “Development of the financial system in the modern economy” was to find solutions to modern problems arising in the development of the financial system of the state, which was reflected in the speeches of the participants, such as
National Fund in the structure of the state budget;
Analysis of the financing of budget expenditures for environmental protection in Ukraine;
Banking portfolio management: criteria and stages;
Securities portfolio management: criteria and stages;
Formation of accounting policy at Ukrainian enterprises;
Problems and prospects of digitalization of socio-economic systems in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Bankruptcy in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Peculiarities of auditing in a pandemic: the case of Kazakhstan and global practice;
The effect of Industry 4.0 on accounting;
Kazakhstan Republic of Shaghyn zhane orta biznesisti karzhylai koldau;
Evaluation of the investment project in terms of risk;
Deposits of commercial banks and their details.
The conference participants had an opportunity to receive qualified answers to their questions and exchange their opinions. By the results of the section 2 “Development of the financial system in the modern economy” recommendations were adopted. The participants of the section meeting express their special gratitude to G.A. Kadyrova, Vice-rector for scientific work and international cooperation for the high level of organization of the conference.
