Every day the Academy receives feedback from participants of the online scientific and practical forum dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the theme: “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the guarantor of stability and prosperity of Kazakh society.

I am grateful to the staff of the Department of Law of the Academy of Law “Bolashaq” for interesting and useful work on the scientific-practical forum “CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN – A GUARANTEE OF STABILITY AND WELL-BEING OF KAZAKHSTAN SOCIETY.” The event, which took place on the eve of the Constitution Day, was attended by representatives of law and history, members of the scientific and expert group of the APK, as well as foreign scientists.
The event was held at the appropriate level, was very informative, full of discussions, suggestions and discussions. I am sure that the participants got answers to their questions and a reason to think. May this day inspire us, inspire us to further develop Kazakhstan and give us new opportunities! Good luck!

On August 28, 2020 an online scientific-practical forum dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on the theme: “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the guarantor of stability and prosperity of Kazakh society”.
It was attended by legal scholars, as well as representatives of the scientific community, government agencies, as well as members of public associations both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, including teachers of KSU named after N.F. Katanov: Nikolaeva Ekaterina, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor and Sagalakov Eduard.
In general, the work of the forum made a favorable impression. The reports of the participants aroused the interest of the participants who entered into a rather lively discussion and exchange of opinions on the results of their speeches. In spite of repeated participation in such scientific events, including online ones, I would like to note the skilful moderation of the representatives of the Department of Legal Disciplines of the Bolashaq Academy and the high level of reports and speeches made by the participants.
As an unfortunate phenomenon, I would like to point out repeated communication disruptions, although this may be due to the work of our providers.
As a result of the Forum, I would like to wish the management and staff of the Department success in scientific and pedagogical activities and express hope for continuation of fruitful scientific cooperation in this direction.
