On October 22, the students of the chair of legal disciplines of the group U-18-2, U-19-2k, U-17-1k with the teachers of the chair Abdijami A.J. and Kopzhasarova S.I., Syzdyk B.K. visited the Kazybekbi District Court No. 2 within the framework of the press tour of the information systems used in court proceedings.
At first, Media Relations Coordinator, Judge Shaizadayev Bakhytbek presented to the students information about the work of the district court, information about all information technologies implemented in the court system, spoke about the reforms implemented and pilot projects in place. Then he talked about the peculiarities of electronic civil proceedings, as well as innovations in the judicial system, the direction of achieving the principles of transparency, transparency and openness, simplification of judicial proceedings, as well as increasing citizens’ trust in the judicial system.
The students visited the press centre, mediation offices, psychologists, judges and court specialists.
During the press tour Altybayev Yeldos, head of the court office, demonstrated in the courtroom the possibilities of information technologies used in the court, in particular, the court process through mobile video conferencing with the use of audio and video recording.
The students of the Academy thanked the judges for organizing this event and the opportunity to get acquainted with the applied technologies in the courts of the republic.
