March 4, 2022 on the platform ZOOM professor of legal disciplines Khan Alexander Leonidovich took an active part in the round table conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The round table was devoted to the problems of pre-trial proceedings, in particular the accelerated pre-trial investigation, court order proceedings and procedural agreement.
Professor Khan A.L. as one of the most prominent scientists in the sphere of criminal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan made a report about the problems and ways of the improvement of the pre-trial proceedings.
The event had a high and fruitful format. The participants expressed their views on the resolution of the problems and made suggestions and recommendations on the improvement of pre-trial proceedings and the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in general.
