The Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz held an online international scientific-practical forum dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was attended by colleagues of the Academy “Bolashaq”.
In the discussion platform with the report “Issues of legalization of lobbying in the Republic of Kazakhstan” acted the head of the department of legal disciplines Candidate of Law, Professor Akylbek Taybulatovich Kabzhanov.
Also, S. I. Kopzhasarova, senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines, “Bolashaq” Academy, Master of Law, took an active part and made a presentation on the following topic ‘Issues of non-judicial and judicial protection of labor rights of citizens stipulated by the Constitution’
