Open mini-football match: “Being a Volunteer is a Feat”

On February 7, the Committee on Youth Affairs organized an open mini-football tournament under the auspices of “Being a volunteer is a feat” in the sport complex “Batyr” among teachers and students of the Academy “Bolashaq” dedicated to the Year of Volunteer.

The tournament was attended by 7 teams:

1. “Ecvitos”

2. “Pakhtakor”

3. “Dynamo SAM”

4. “Abzal Zhandar”

5. “Pharmacy.”

6. “Bolashaq”

7. “Ruh.kz”

The game was at its highest level. Many more athletes decided to compete for the main trophy and the title of champion this year than last year. Each match of the tournament was uncompromising and very interesting for the audience: players of all teams sought to win not only a single match, but the entire tournament.

Four teams from two subgroups met each other in a hard fight. The first semi-final game took place between the teams “Abzal Zhandar” and “Ruh.kz”. Pharmacists were strong in this meeting, who defeated philologists with a score of 4-1, thus securing a place in the final. The Pharmacy team snatched the victory from their compatriots the participants from Dynamo SAM team.

In the struggle for the third place “Ruh.kz” didn’t leave a single chance to “Dynamo-Sam”, thus they took the third place in the overall tournament standings.

The final was interesting. No matter how hard the Pharmacy pharmacists tried to attack their rivals, they failed to take the goal of last year’s silver medalists.

The result of the game: “Abzal Zhandar” are the champions of the tournament, defeating their Uzbek teammates with a score of 2-0!

One of the “Pharmacy” team’s strikers Buned Kurbonov became “Best Player” of the tournament. “Best Goalkeeper” nomination was given to the winner goalkeeper Zhanat Tanashev.

The tournament was held at a high game and organizational level, both players and fans enjoyed it. The winners and medalists of the tournament were awarded with certificates and cups.
