There is nothing in the life of the human race that goes beyond the historical and philosophical concepts of time and space. Twenty or thirty years, a whole century, seems like a long time for people, but for history it is only one moment, one moment. This year Kazakhstan celebrates its 30th anniversary of independence. Not much time. After the collapse of such a huge empire as the USSR, the author of the article was able to honestly show how difficult the first period was for Kazakhstan. The first decade includes the creation of a solid foundation for independence, the definition of the system of power, the introduction of the national currency, the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the issue of the army, membership in international organizations, the strategy Kazakhstan – 2030, the strengthening of the border, the abandonment of nuclear weapons, the transfer of the capital, the recognition of the principles of domestic business, market institutions, the transformation of the country into a leader of the nation, the implementation of education and training abroad, the creation of the National Fund, etc. Now, if we look not only from a historical point of view, but also from a political, economic, scientific, philosophical point of view, put our hands on our hearts, let’s tell the truth, is there a state in the world that has managed to carry out such difficult and difficult tasks in just ten years?!
As the author rightly noted, the eternal symbol of independence – Elbasy, the head of state, thanks to all his energy, talent, business, honesty, paid special attention to the issues of cooperation in the common Eurasian space, multi-vector foreign policy, interethnic peace, spiritual harmony. No one can predict what kind of turmoil and turmoil we will face in the absence of timely targeted and specific political actions…

It would be inconvenient to talk about today’s achievements, if the wisdom of the people, the wisdom and patience of the nation, all Kazakhstanis, patience and patience went to the forefront and became a decisive factor.
As we mentioned at the beginning of this small work, an overview of the past is intended to differentiate the tasks of the coming fourth decade.
