December 25, 2019, at “Olympia” restaurant was held New Year’s corporate party for faculty and staff of the Academy “Bolashaq”.
Traditionally, at the evening the results for the year were summed up and the awards ceremony for the faculty and employees was held.
The best advisors were Gulmira Nurakhmetovna Tukubayeva, senior lecturer of the Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines, and Madina Tugambekova, senior lecturer of the Department of General Education Disciplines.
Sabira Sartayevna Shutenova, senior teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, was chosen the most creative teacher.
Apshe Kulshira, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication, was marked for her individual style and non-standard approach.
Anna Kalizhanova, Director of the Center for Advanced Training was awarded in the category “Innovation in scientific and pedagogical activities”.
In the nomination “Broadcasting experience on a national scale” was marked the work of Alexander Leonidovich Khan, professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines.
Roza Mazrapovna Zhanyspayeva, senior teacher of the department of preschool and primary education was awarded for high efficiency of cooperation with employers.
For the best open lesson was marked senior teacher of the department of preschool and primary education Arunova Zhanna Anuarova.
The winner for the best educational program was the head, associate professor of the department of pharmaceutical disciplines Murzaliyeva Gulnara Tleukhanovna.
For high scientific activity, the head, professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines Kabzhanov Akylbek Taybulatovich was also marked by the commission.
The head, professor of the Department of Finance Daribekova Aigul Sagatbekovna was recognized the best for development of communication with foreign partners.
For competence and devotion to science the head of the department of science, associate professor of the department of general disciplines of Georgia Elena Vladimirovna was also chosen the best.
In the nomination “Creative scientific work with students” Aliya Ukuzhanovna Aupenova, senior lecturer of the Department of General Education Disciplines was marked as well.
For active promotion of research works of students, the senior teacher of Kazakh language and literature chair Ismayilova Raihan Nalzhigitovna was marked by the commission.
The breakthrough of the year in scientific activity was made this year by the head, professor of the Kazakh language and literature department Sembiyev Kurmangazy Zakirovich.
The best curator was recognized senior teacher of the department of preschool and primary education Bakaramova Symbat Amangeldiyevna.
In a nomination “High civil position” the best one became the associate professor of the Department of legal disciplines Zhukobayev Ahat Abdrakhmanovich.
The best senior lecturer of Kazakh language and literature department Ermagambetov Erzat Moldabekovich was awarded for the worthy representation of the university on educational work.
High efficiency in work was shown by the Director of the Mass Media Center Khairullina Alfiya Faritovna.
The chief of IT-department Shlyupikov Alexander Alexandrovich, the system administrator of IT-department Nikolayev Evgeny Vladimirovich, the engineer-programmer of IT-department Desna Ilya Sergeyevich, the system administrator of the center of Remote Educational Technologies Ismagulov Sagynysh Orazhanovich, the engineer-programmer of the center of Remote Educational Technologies Sheken Akylbek Zhandosuly were awarded for active introduction of innovations.
In a nomination “Service to collective” the best one is recognized the Head of the center Nurzhigitova Maral Muhsinkyzy.
Diana Darkhanovna Tuyakova, the senior organizer of educational process, was also awarded for exemplary performance of labor duties.
Building maintenance worker Akhmetov Temir Zholdasbayevich was recognized as a master of all trades.
Driver Valery Maksyutov was also awarded for his multifaceted work.
This year, Saule Bekzhanova, head of Training and Methodological Department, became a creative employee.
Lawyer Kussainova Aliya Askarovna showed high productivity in her professional activity.

The evening was continued by the incendiary numbers of the Academy employees and the Academy’s faculty, as well as competitions held by Father Frost and Snow Maiden.

The new year’s eve of Bolashaq Academy was held at a high level. The program of the evening was held in a new format, as part of large-scale events. Concert performances and festive games among teachers and staff of the Academy were supplemented by competitions. In connection with the upcoming year of mice, quiz questions were asked, and the participants were presented with gifts. The evening dedicated to the New year was fun and interesting.

Usually a corporate party is held to increase motivation, create emotional capital and form employee loyalty. There are also more exotic goals. And in this sense, we should say, or rather, state that this year, more than ever, the corporative passed successfully.
A good corporate team starts a chain reaction: the employee has done something good on the corporate team – he feels cool – he shows himself again from the best side, but already in the working environment. After a great corporate evening, the employees are emotionally excited and want new things at work.
This year everything was traditional, nice and decent. The format of the evening is essentially the same, but it has its own zest. Probably, due to the fact that this academic year we got saturated with all sorts of activities related to innovations, preparation for the next accreditation, this evening was more in demand than ever! Not for nothing they say, good work – even better rest! So this year we managed to relax well!
