On June 4, 2021 on the day of the state symbols of the RK, at the initiative of the regional scientific center of additional education for children “Saryarka Daryny” Karaganda region on the Zoom platform a meeting of the head of the department of legal disciplines Kabzhanov Akylbek Taybulatovich with pupils of 7 and 8 classes of Karaganda city was held.
At this meeting Akylbek Taybulatovich made a report on “State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The meeting was held in Kazakh and Russian.
On June 4, 1992 Yelbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev signed the Law on state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since then, this day has become one of the main holidays for the people of Kazakhstan.
State symbols, being a part of the political culture of society, contribute to the development of spiritual, ideological and moral culture and the embodiment of the ideas of independence, identity of the country. High ideals of serving one’s Fatherland, goodness, beauty, respect for historical roots and traditions of the people are embodied in the state symbols.
State symbols have a great moral significance for the citizens of the state and for the younger generation. For a true patriot, the flag, coat of arms are not just symbols, they are the sky and the sun over the native land, it is the image of home. Every citizen should respect the state symbols.
Symbols form the image of Kazakhstani society in the world context. In Kazakhstan there is a natural process of individual perception of new state symbols.
Symbolism of the sovereign Kazakhstan reflects the main directions of the ideology of the independent state, its historical development, thinking and philosophy.
Respect for state symbols refers to a number of important constitutional norms. The Constitutional Law “On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan” of 4 June 2007 states that all persons on its territory are obliged to honor the flag, coat of arms, anthem.
Upbringing of patriotism among the youth is one of the priority tasks set by the Leader of the Nation N. Nazarbaev in his address “Strategy” of Kazakhstan-2050 “: a new political course of the established state.
