On June 8, 2023, at the Karaganda Academy “Bolashaq”, the Karaganda regional branch of the Republican Public Association “National Movement against Corruption “ZHANARU” with the support of the “Center for Support of Civil Initiatives” of the Ministry of Information and the Public of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on “Carrying out a set of measures to improve the legal literacy of young people and the level of trust in law enforcement agencies”.
The meeting was attended by representatives of state bodies, deputies of maslikhats, veterans of labor and law enforcement agencies, representatives of the NGO “Society of the Kazakh Language and Culture”, specialists of the regional department for the development of languages, students of the Academy “Bolashaq” and Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq”.
The rector of the Academy “Bolashaq” – Candidate of Law, Professor Rysmagambetova Gulnara Musievna made a welcoming speech, who introduced the participants of the seminar and explained the purpose of the seminar.
Moderator Semgaliev M.Z. during the seminar program gave words to the speakers:
- Abdykarimov Oralbai Abdykarimovich – Honorary Chairman of the RKB “ZHANARU”, public figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Semgaliev Mels Zeynollaevich – Chairman of the Republican Public Association “National Anti-Corruption Movement “ZHANARU”;
- Mamraev Beibit Baymaganbetovich, Professor, Deputy Chairman of the RSC “ZHANARU”
- Aliev Kabdulla Khamitovich, Chief of Staff of the RKB “ZHANARU”.
During the meeting, representatives of the republican public association “National Anti-Corruption Movement” ZHANARU” and in order to raise awareness of illegal actions and inaction, legal protection and legal protection discussed issues of strengthening the positive image of law enforcement agencies among young people.
The seminar was attended by the director of the Karaganda regional branch of the RKB “ZHANARU” K.Z. Sembiev, associate professor of the Academy “Bolashak” Pimenov A.V., Head of the Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences A.U. Ilyasov, student of the group Yu-19-2 M.Kozhakhmetov, students of Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq”, and shared their opinions.
At the event, it was emphasized that the formation of the principles of absolute intolerance among young people to corruption, hatred, explaining that this is a harmful, dangerous epidemic for society is the way to ensure that they take concrete steps in the future to live in a clean, fair society.
During the meeting, the students asked questions and received comprehensive answers.
