On April 26, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science and Education in the Modern World”, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of K. I. Satpayev, was held in the assembly hall of the main building of the Bolashaq Academy. At the plenary session of the conference, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Legal and Financial Disciplines Akylbek Taibulatovich Kabzhanov made a presentation “Fine for a criminal offense. critical analysis and prospects for improvement.”
In the section “Current problems of legal sciences and law enforcement practice,” 26 articles were presented at the conference. The issues raised by the articles covered all areas of law: theory of state and law, constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, labor law, civil procedural law, criminal procedural law, family law and other areas.
Articles in the section “Current problems of legal sciences and law enforcement practice” came from the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Barimbek Beisenov, Karaganda University named after E. A. Buketov, Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Khakass State University in Abakan of the Russian Federation, State University of Justice in Kazan.
The topics raised in the articles had a wide range of issues, high relevance, and covered legal relations in the modern world, which still require research.
In Section No. 2 – “Development of the financial system in the modern economy”, 10 reports were presented at the meeting of financiers. Participants were from College No. 15, Taraz, South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University named after O. Zhanibekov, Shymkent, Bukhara State University (Uzbekistan), Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov and Tashkent State Economic University.
At the end of the conference, a letter of gratitude was presented to the participants who took an active part in the work of the sections, expressed their thoughts and conclusions. Based on the results of the sections, a letter of gratitude was issued to our most active colleagues (Sadykova K.K., Zhukobaev A.A.). We hope that the conference was held at a very high level and fully achieved its goals and objectives.
