April 10 students of group k-20-1 of the educational program “Kazakh language and literature” Orazkhan Aikenzhe, Muratkhan Auzhan, Juragat Aimaral and the curator of the group M.S. Smagulova visited the Karaganda Regional Universal Scientific Library named after N.V. Gogol. They took part in the literary and educational evening “Magzhan zhyry mangilik” dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the writer Magzhan Zhumabayev. Students and schoolchildren from each organization read excerpts from Magzhan’s works at the evening.The evening was attended by the editor-in-chief of the republican literary magazine “Kasym”, a member of the Writers’ Union, poet, writer Serik Sagintay, who read poems about the poet and talked about his works. The evening was very touching. Students of the K-20-1 group read excerpts from Magzhan’s works: Muratkhan Aizhanturkestan”, Orazkhan Aikenzhe “The Prophet”, Juragat Aimaral “Kazak tili”.
They distinguished themselves with their talents and were awarded letters of thanks.
