The faculty members of the Department of Pharmaceutical Disciplines participated in the International Congress ‘Global Health,’ held on December 1, 2023. The congress was organized by the Kazakh Medical University ‘Higher School of Public Health’ with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the National Scientific Center for Healthcare Development named after Salidat Kairbekova, the Association of Management and Public Healthcare, and the Association of Clinics in Almaty.
The Congress featured the following sections:

‘Poster Presentations’
The format: the congress was conducted through real-time video conferencing (telebridge). The working languages of the congress were Kazakh, Russian, and English.
The congress was attended by the Chairman of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Social Health Insurance Fund, the Director of the Department of Science and Human Resources of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Consultant to the European Commission for the Implementation of the 4th Public Health Program (EU4HEALTH), the Chairman of the Council of the Association of Management and Public Healthcare, as well as prominent scientists from neighboring countries (Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, etc.), leaders of medical clinics, research organizations, various departments of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, and the Ministry of Health.
