On April 21, 2019-2020 academic year the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication with the participation of the representative of the UMU of the Academy “Bolashaq” Konysbaeva J.M. held the final conference of industrial (pedagogical) practice on Skype on-line with students of the group IN-16-1, IN-16-2.
The students of the group IN-16-1, IN-16-2 with a total contingent of 17 students from January 27 to April 3, had professional industrial (pedagogical) practice. The head of practice from the department was appointed st. teacher Toluspaeva D.J., methodologist practice appointed Professor Ibrayeva B.M.
Students of the Russian department of the 4th year were in practice at KSU “Gymnasium ¹ 1”.
The students of the Kazakh department of the 4th year had practical training in KSU “Gymnasium ¹ 39 named after M.Zhumabayev”, KSU “Specialized boarding school named after M.Zhumabayev”, Karaganda.
Students of the department conducted classes in the role of school teachers of English in the middle and senior levels. Different teaching methods and techniques were used during the lessons and students were evaluated against the updated curriculum. Extracurricular activities were also conducted: open classes, class hours, which have not only educational but also educational importance. During their professional practice, the students of FL&IC department acquired practical skills that can formulate them as a real teacher.
During the final conferences, the students of the final groups clearly introduced and showed them the work done in practice in the form of presentations and received marks from the methodologists of the practical bases and methodologists of the department.
At the end of the conference the final marks of each student were announced.
