The library informs you that in difficult times for us it is impossible to visit the library. We, wishing to stay in touch with you, offer options for using books and other materials.

To facilitate your learning, we offer free access to educational platforms. They are reflected on the library website. Just click on the icon and you will be on the Electronic Library System website.

RMEB/Kazakh resource

Since March 26, access to RMEB’s full-text resources has become even easier! To do this, you must be our subscriber in the social network Vkontakte.

On the main page of the RMEB website, go to the “Login” section of the upper menu and select “Login via social networks”. Authorize on the page, select from the list the educational organization where you really study (or work) and get access to full-text resources by using the search engine on the site.

YURIST/Kazakh resource

The information system “PARAGRAPH” is a unique reference system, which has united several information blocks – from specific for lawyers, accountants and doctors, to the daily information needed by each person. This includes addresses and phone numbers of government agencies, utilities, organizations working in the social and service sector, and much more.
