On April 27, students and faculty of Bolashaq Academy, together with the Karaganda city administration and other universities in the city of Karaganda, participated in the environmental action BI Green.
As part of the BI Green event within the national movement ‘Clean Kazakhstan,’ green tree saplings were planted along the road to the airport.
In the modern world, trees are becoming increasingly significant. The main advantage is that plants absorb dust. If there are enough plants, then sand, fine dirt, and emissions from cars and factories settle on the leaves instead of floating in the air.
In many countries, trees also help solve the problem of stormwater: instead of special drainage systems, plants are simply used to absorb water, especially those specifically planted in low-lying areas. By participating in such eco-actions, we help not only the environment but also ourselves!
