By the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 14, 2022 No. 10r, in order to ensure the work of the State Commission on Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions, the Statute on the Project Office of the State Commission on Complete Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions and its composition was approved. The Head of the Project Office is S.A. Kasymov, President of the Kaharmandar Republican Public Foundation.
On 31 May 2022, the director of the Rukhaniyat research centre of the Bolashaq Academy, the member of the scientific-expert group of Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Karaganda Region and Working Group of the State Commission on full rehabilitation of victims of political repressions A.U. Aupenova visited the Project Office on full rehabilitation of victims of political repressions. Working questions were discussed with the head of the Project Office and research assistants and recommendations for further research were made.
Sabir Akhmetjanuly handed over to Rukhaniyat Academy “Bolashaq” a collection of documents consisting of two volumes:

The collection includes legal acts and documents, which served as a basis for mass political repressions in Kazakhstan in the period from 1920 to 1950. A significant part of the documents is published for the first time. The declassified archival documents included in the collection enable to explore the legal and political basis as well as concrete mechanisms of repressive policies in respect of different categories of victims of mass repressions. The collection is intended for specialists-researchers and a wide range of readers.

In the collection of documents of history of Kazakhstan of the late 1920s – early 1930s are presented from the funds of the Archive of the President of Kazakhstan, the Central State Archive of Kazakhstan and some regional archives. The main part of the documents for the first time is introduced into the scientific circulation, they reveal the features of the development and implementation of the repressive policy, the crucifixion and total violation of economic, socio-political and cultural rights, the destruction of private property. The publication is intended for specialists-researchers and wide range of readers interested in the national history of the Soviet period.
