The Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan has developed a memo for asymptomatic carriers of coronavirus Каzinform IIA reports.
In the asymptomatic form of Covid-19, the patient is subject to medical supervision in outpatient conditions and isolation at home.
Instructions for patients who are under home quarantine:
not to leave the house;
Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough, preferably with a disposable cloth, to prevent the virus from spreading. Immediately afterwards, hands should be washed with soap or treated with an alcohol-based antiseptic. Always wear a tight-fitting medical mask and change it every two hours;
wash your hands with soap or treat them with an alcohol-based antiseptic before eating and after going to the toilet. Disposable wipes are preferable for wiping your hands;
to use individual dishes;
If there is a temperature or signs of sickness, please contact the COVID-19 call center or call an ambulance, reporting the quarantine and stating the reason.
Patients with asymptomatic form of infection are subject to medical supervision in outpatient settings and isolation at home. That’s what it takes:
If you are in home quarantine, install the Smart Astana mobile application on your smartphone and give the application all resolutions (GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth);
enable “I’m in quarantine” mode and do not turn it off during the home quarantine mode;
the phone must be constantly on and connected to the internet;
the mobile application must be active or running in the background (the status of the application can be tracked in notifications or status widget);
the user should not disable GPS, Bluetooth or WIFI mode while using the home quarantine function.
All other members of the home where the patient is under home quarantine are recommended:

When entering the quarantine room, you must wear a tightly fitting medical mask that covers your mouth and nose. If a medical mask becomes wet or dirty, it must be replaced immediately with a new medical mask. Remove the medical mask using the appropriate technique – that is, do not touch the front part;
to take at least twice a day’s body temperature for each member of the family;
to air the premises at least twice a day;
to do wet cleaning every day;
often wash your hands with soap or treat them with an antiseptic; disposable wipes are preferable for wiping your hands;
each family member to use separate dishes, personal hygiene products;
