On April 23, 2025, a meeting was held on career guidance for senior teachers of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature of the Bolashaq Academy, Kasetova N.K., Zhanuzakhova K. K. and Akhmetova N.T. with 11th grade students of the Akhmet Baitursynov Gymnasium No. 41 in Karaganda.
Preparing students for an independent, conscious choice of profession should be an obligatory part of the harmonious development of each person and should be considered in close connection with the physical, emotional, intellectual, labor, aesthetic education of the student. Market relations radically change the nature and goals of work: its intensity increases, tension increases, high professionalism, tolerance and responsibility are required.
In this regard, it is necessary to pay great attention to conducting targeted career guidance among young people and students, which should be based on a thorough knowledge of the entire system of the main factors determining the formation of professional intentions of a person and the ways of its implementation. Therefore, one of the priorities of the career guidance work of our Bolashaq Academy is to meet with graduates of the school.
The students were addressed by senior teachers of the Kazakh Language and Literature Department, Kasetova N.K., Zhanuzakhova K. K. and Akhmetova N.T., who prepared and presented information about the Bolashaq Academy:
About the educational programs taught by the academy, about the demand on the labor market and the employment of our graduates;
about the conditions of study, the material base of the Academy, practice bases, and types of social support for students.
Ayapbergenova Aynagul Amangeldievna, the responsible teacher for career guidance at this gymnasium school: “Such meetings are very useful and important for graduating classes. They serve as a guideline for upcoming actions and help students make the right professional choice.”
The event was held in an interesting and friendly atmosphere. Future applicants showed the greatest interest: students asked about student life, the educational process, the disciplines taught, and the future profession. Such events will help attract future applicants, as well as provide students with complete information about the Bolashaq Academy and educational institution and make an informed choice.
