On October 22 of this year, a large-scale city seminar “Dalanyn darkhan perzenti” was held in Temirtau, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of S.Seifullin.
It was attended by heads of city akimats and employees of relevant departments, representatives of the city’s public, students of educational institutions, teachers, and journalists.
At the seminar, a representative of our Academy, professor of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature, Doctor of Philology M. Khamzin made a meaningful report on the topic “The phenomenon of S. Seifullin: reflections on a famous personality”, based on an interesting and deep scientific argumentation on topical and vital issues. Other speakers reflected on every aspect of S. Seifullin’s life and work.
