On October 17, under the leadership of K. Kasetova, a curatorial hour was held for students of groups K-23-1, KR-23-1, K-21-1, KR-21-1 of educational programs of the Bolashaq Academy 6B01701 – “Kazakh language and literature”, 6B01703 – Kazakh language and literature in institutions with Kazakh and the Russian language of instruction” on the theme “Classic of children’s literature”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Kazakh classic writer, a great figure of children’s literature, an outstanding writer who brought a unique expression and amazing originality to Kazakh literature.
The curatorial hour was opened by Doctor of Philology, Professor Mauen Khamzin and said that he was not mistaken if he said that there was no Kazakh child who had not read the works of Berdibek Sokpakbayev and did not seek to instill human value through these works. “The film “My name is Leather” has been recognized not only by our country, but also by the whole world. A favorite movie that our children and even grandchildren enjoy watching. Berdibek’s works are valuable and written in an exalted style, but in an understandable, simple language,” the professor noted.
