DEAR COLLEAGUES!
In connection with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Academician Salyk Zimanovich Zimanov – an outstanding scientist, a deep thinker, a wise mentor, a founder of Kazakh jurisprudence, jurisprudence, the Department of Legal Disciplines of the Academy “Bolashaq” on November 20, 2020 at 15.00 hours will hold a round table on the theme: “S. Zimanov. Z. Legal system of Kazakhstan from customary law to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Parallels and problems”.
The purpose of the round table is to get acquainted with the life and work of the multifaceted activities of the scientific heritage of Academician S.Z. Zimanov; to discuss the continuity of the legal system of Kazakhstan in the works of an outstanding scholar of law “From customary law to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
The round table is held on the online platform Skype.
Working languages of the round table: Kazakh, Russian, English.
Following the results of the round table it is planned to publish a collection of materials.
Materials for the publication should be designed in accordance with the requirements and sent to the organizers by November 12, 2020.
Articles are published in the author’s edition, should be verified and contain no spelling errors. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make a decision on inclusion of materials in the collection. Rejected materials are not reviewed and are not returned.
A round table participant may submit no more than one article (including co-authorship articles).
