On September 1 at 11.00, Head of State Kasym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver his annual Message to the people of Kazakhstan at the joint session of the Houses of Parliament, zakon.kz reports.
This was announced by the President’s press secretary Berik Uali on his Facebook.
“All Kazakhstani TV channels and major radio stations will broadcast the Message live,” the message says.
