Traditionally, the May issue is dedicated to Victory Day and the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repressions and Famine.
On May 31 our country celebrates a sorrowful date – the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repressions and Famine.
For the Academy “Bolashaq” this date is especially close. For many years, our Academy, headed by Doctor of Law, Professor Dulatbekov N. O., has been working on the project “Karlag: Memory for the Future.
On May 9 this year was the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against Nazi Germany. More than 27 million people died in that terrible war. These were people of different nationalities, religions.
This issue tells about the Kazakhs – Heroes of the Soviet Union, participants in the Great Patriotic War.
We should remember what price they paid for the Victory and the world we live in.
